Issue while accessing Express Cart site (503 Service Unavailable) - January 9th,

Our Development and System Admin teams have identified that multiple database servers are down and causing connectivity issues for Supersite and Expresscart. They are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Investigating

We are receiving reports of an intermittent issue while accessing our Control panels, Supersite and Expresscart.

Our development and System Admin teams are already aware of the issue and efforts are ongoing to resolve it at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
