serverHold domain status

If you see a "Domain Status: serverHold" in RDAP or Whois service ( whois.eurid.eu for .eu domain names), this means that the domain has been suspended by the TLD zone registry (NOT domain registrar).

In this case of Server Hold status you can contact the TLD zone registry support (see their list of contacts below).

Note: If the domain is present in antivirus blacklistings (you can check it by services like Spamhaus, VirusTotal, MxToolboxURLVOID, URLhaus etc.) we recommend clean up your site and delist domain from BLs.

Note:  We strongly recommend against linking domains to web servers with dirty IP addresses listed by RBLs. Be sure to check the IP address to which you are linking your domain against the RBLs including, but not limited to Spamhaus Blacklist (SBL).

Linking a domain to a dirty blacklisted IP address may result in the domain being suspended due to the domain being added to the Spamhaus Domain Blocklist (DBL) and another RBLs.

If your hosting provider has assigned you a bad IP address listed on a RBLs, you can contact their support team to have it replaced with a clean one.

We do not recommend linking domains to hosting providers with a "bad reputation" that may share their negative reputation with your domain.

Note: To reduce the risk of domain suspension we recommend activating the Domain Protect + service with the blacklist monitoring option.

Note: We recommend adding SPF / DKIM / DMARC records to name servers to prevent third parties from sending spam on behalf of your domain.
