Intermittent issues on Control Panel and Email Hosting Services (25.04.2024)

Our system administration team has applied the fix by replacing the switch at network level, all the services are working fine.
We closely monitored the changes and have not noticed any issues so far. You should be able to access webmail, control panels and send and receive emails as usual.

Monitoring
Our system administrators successfully identified the problem caused by the network switch loop. They've resolved the issue with the switch, and services are back online. You should now be able to access your panels and orders without any issues.

Investigating
In order to enhance our platform experience we had made certain changes to our switches by replacing them with better quality ones.
We are still unsure whether this change caused the impact, however, we have rolled back all the changes and have all the teams onboard to investigate the issue further.
We do see an issue with login to control panel and domain check availability as well and are figuring out if these issues are related to each other.
We will keep updating this thread as and when we receive any information.
Investigating
We are currently facing intermittent issues with the Webmail interface and Email Client setup of our Business and Enterprise email service.
You might encounter the following error: "Bad gateway Error code 502"
Our senior administrators are already working on this and are trying to fix this as soon as possible. Please watch this thread for further updates.
