We have monitored our domains and successfully verified that all the reported issues have been completely resolved.

Any and all actions on the domain extensions listed will go through successfully.

Monitoring

Our Team rectified the connectivity issue that caused the interruptions with certain actions on the Identity Group domains.

You can now seamlessly register, renew, restore and place any actions on these domains. We will continue to monitor these domains and ensure that the issue is completely resolved.

We are currently experiencing an outage with the registry connection. As a result, actions such as domain registration, renewal and restoration will be stuck. Please note that all the services for the domains which are active will function without any issue.

Our System Administration team is actively investigating the issue, and we will provide further updates here as soon as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with certain domain extensions such as .IINFO, .IO, .ME, .PRO, .ASIA, .MOBI, . DIGITAL, .WORLD, .BET, .RUN, .LIVE, .LIFE, .TODAY, .NETWORK, etc.

These connectivity issues are surfacing only with domains of the Identity Digital Group.

As a result, actions such as registrations, renewals and restorations for domains in this bucket are not getting processed.

Our Domain Administration Team is actively working on resolving these issues at the earliest.

We shall keep you updated as and when we get more information.
