How to change account email?

If you've lost your account password and therefore you cannot log into your account, you can restore it.

If you've lost not only your account password but also access to the email address linked to your account, you can also change the email associated with your account by standard identification procedure with providing your account PIN or an application to our mailing address with a notarized signature. The standard identification procedure is free. Please note that we take the safety of our clients seriously and can verify both the authenticity of notarization and the powers of a notary.

In addition, you can change login email using the simplified identification which may include Photo ID / video call identification / sending a confirmation code to a phone number /  letter with a code to the postal address / additional checks.
